We back our remanufactured products with an 'as original' PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE where products that fail to perform as the product supplied by the printer manufacturer will be replaced or credited.

SUREBASIC undertakes to meet the reasonable cost of repair (DAMAGE INDEMNITY) for any damage caused by any defective remanufactured cartridge supplied by us

The Factory Environment:

Our factory has been designed from the ground up for speed and quality in the remanufacture of printer cartridges, with particular emphasis placed on the working environment.

The air in the entire factory is filtered and replaced 12 times every hour, and the air filtering system at each technician's workstation operating at 1,000 feet per minute ensures the cleanest possible working conditions. With capacity to process over 25,000 cartridges per month we are one of the leaders of our industry in Europe, in terms of product quality, technical expertise and production capacity.

Research and Development

Research into the recycling of cartridges for new laser printers and development of our existing techniques and procedures is fundamental to our future.

As each new laser printer is launched, we carry out an evaluation of the cartridge to assess its suitability for remanufacturing.

Only when a new product has been extensively and successfully tested (with up to 3 months of field trials) will it be added to our product range.

Next Day Delivery within the UK

t is our policy to supply all customer orders from stock and we offer a nationwide next-day delivery service for all orders recieved by 3:00pm.

You will receive a confirmation of your order showing what you have ordered, the price and delivery date before your order is shipped.

Empty Cartridge Collection

A continuous supply of virgin empty cartridges is fundamental to our business.

In order to be able to meet customers orders from stock it is essential that we maintain a high volume of empty cartridges ready for remanufacturing.

To assist with this we have a number of collection schemes in place for organisations to return empties as well as offering a credit for product returned by our customers.

We will be happy to purchase empty cartridges even if you are not currently a customer of ours. Please take care when returning empty cartridges to ensure they are returned in the original packaging, that they are taped together into bundles of 4 or 5 and that you advise us of your / your company name and address.
