Adhesive: High performance aqueous acrylic with excellent ageing characteristics and UV resistance, with a 36µ clear polyester release film.
Features: This product is designed for use as a permanent opaque white backing for pop-up display panels, inkjet printed on our Velvet Display Graphics Film (F250CLVD). It adds the desired opacity and balance of stiffness and flexibility to the resulting pop-up display panel.
Lamination Details: Room temperature(15-25 degrees C).
Avoid use of hot laminating equipment as this could cause the material to expand after lamination resulting in unsightly "white edges" on display panels.
Pressure: For best results use zero to minimum application pressure
Speed: .3m -1.75m per minute.
Store material at room temperature for 24 hours before use.
Availability: 880mms x 20m or 880mm x 40m (on 76mm cores).
