Adhesive: High performance aqueous acrylic with excellent ageing characteristics and UV resistance, with a 36µ clear polyester release film.
Features: This product is designed for use as a permanent
opaque white backing for pop-up display panels which have been
inkjet printed using our Velvet Display Graphics Films (F250CLVD
or F175CLVD). It adds excellent light stopping performance and
the right balance of stiffness and flexibility to the resulting
pop-up display panel.
Lamination Details: Room temperature(15-25 degrees C).
Avoid use of hot laminating equipment.
Pressure: For best results use minimum application pressure
Speed: .3m -1.75m per minute.
Store material at room temperature for 24 hours before use.
Availability: 880mms x 20m or 880mm x 40m (on 76mm cores).
